The Preferred Partnership Program provides luxury real estate agencies from around the world a “profile” page on the International Listings website. Each participating agency will have a profile that provides the name of their agency, address, contact information and text data about that agency’s business. In addition to the text data each agency profile will can have up to 5 photographs of properties they wish to highlight. Each property photograph can be linked to the listing page within the agency’s website thus providing a direct link from International Listings to luxury homes for sale around the world.
The benefit of this program is two-fold. The agency will have a link to their website, thereby increasing the number of potential buyers of property listed on their website. International Listings will benefit by providing their visitors with leads to luxury homes and properties worldwide. While most website participate in a standard link exchange program, International Listings is taking that idea a step further. By providing a profile page, the potential visitor can find out much more information on the real estate agency than by looking at a simple text link or banner ad.
