Ms. Padilla comes to BTR with 15 years of marketing and production experience, driving strategic and tactical initiatives for B2B and B2C direct and integrated campaigns. Most recently, she worked as a consultant to clients such as Yahoo!, Philips Electronics, EMI, AOL, Netgear and Marriott.
Prior to that, Padilla served as Client Services and Production Director for EURO RSCG, where her clients included Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard, MSNBC, Datek and Sephora. She was a producer at Netscape Communications/AOL, where she executed their advertising and sponsorship model across 35 channels. Padilla also produced company-wide projects such as Netscape Webmail, AOL Instant Messenger, and Netscape's search page. Padilla began her career as an Account Coordinator at Foote, Cone & Belding.
