Goodbye Corey Rudl

Goodbye Corey Rudl

You will be missed dearly. You have been an inspiration and indirectly a mentor to me since I first met you in the summer of 1999. From that day through today you, Corey Rudl have been the undisputed #1 Internet marketer on the planet. Your tips, techniques, and software have helped me and my company make tens of thousands of dollars. Your visions and dreams have effected not only myself and my family but everybody that works for me, as I'm sure for you.

Your processes and techniques have been critiqued by marketers worldwide, many of these couldn't combine their annual income to meet what your company has brought in within a single month. I've always said.. "I may think I know more than he does, but he has proven that he knows more than me."

My friends, Corey Rudl may not have been the perfect guy, or even the perfect marketer. But to me, he was and always will be someone to look up to when it comes to perfecting Internet marketing techniques. Corey Rudl passed away today while spending recreational time racing a porshe. Here is the complete story.

Goodbye Corey Rudl, you will be missed.

Too young to die, for sure. Never met Corey, but I did buy a few of his products, and always enjoyed his approach of helping people realize they can become successful on the 'net marketing things they are passionate about. Witness his 'Secrets of Their Success' site. Detailed stories of how people are making a living doing what they love.

I heard Corey was passionate about auto racing. If I gotta die young, I hope I do it while I'm doing something I love, too.

I am absolutely dumbfouded. Words simply do not express what a tragedy this is for me personally. Corey's work, his enthusiasm, his advice, his energy... all combined to make a monumental difference in my life.

Our company, Skylighter, became the #1 player in its industry due to our using Corey's methods and advice. The people who work here all have better lives because of him.

Losing Corey is like losing someone in my family. I am bereft at his loss.

Corey was THE best internet marketer and I, along with a countless number of entreprenuers, patterned everything we did after him. He was the epitome of a self-made millionaire and helped many others to do the same. I shouldn't even use the word "helped" because I believe his strategies and company will live on and continue to help people -- Corey would only want that.

My prayers go out to his wife Tracy, his family, friends, employees, and everyone else closely impacted by him.

Life is valuable and precious and you never know when tragedy can strike. So it is important to live every day as though it were the last day and to have your life *right*. Corey did in 34 years what most people have never done.

I will always remember the person who helped me build my businesses and befriended me in a way that most other people of his status wouldn't have. May God richly bless his family.

My condolences,
Jermaine Griggs

I'm stunned and saddenned by this news. While I've been a semi-student for a couple of years, I only recently became fully appreciative. I was listening to a CD of his in the car just this morning...

The best anyone can hope for is to help others the way he did, and enjoy life while doing it. Thank you Cory, and goodbye.

Cory. I will miss you in my inbox buddy. You have become so familiar over the years. They say only the good die young, but if you're going to go....you went living life to the fullest. My prayers go out to your family, that they may find a way to heal the grief that I am sure they feel losing such a vibrant husband and family member. The internet marketing community has just lost one of their own...one of the good ones. Thank you Cory. God bless you.

Words cannot begin to describe the shock and disbelief I felt after reading the email today. Although I never met Corey I felt like I had lost a life long friend. Because of scheduling reasons he never made it to Nashville, TN but we were emaling each other back and forth. He seemed to be a very caring person who loved his family and enjoyed helping others be successful. The number of lives he has touched and changed I'm sure is un measurable. As we say in the Navy "Fair winds and following sea's". May God Bless you Corey and your beautiful family. Ron Herford

I am in total shock. I just re-entered Corey’s world, and was actually watching his video interview of Jermaine today. I called the Marketing Center and they were closed. I couldn’t figure out why they would be closed on a Friday.
In some ways, death is kinder to the one who has passed on then it is to those left behind. My invitation to you the reader is to take a moment and say a prayer. Send a prayer to Tracy, and to anyone else that comes to mind.
My heart goes out to Tracy, the staff, the family, and all of us who felt a deep connection to the energy, vitality and big heart that was known as Corey Rudl.

I did not know the person that has passed, but can tell by the sorrow from his loss of mortal life that he was very well liked. Death is hard on the survivors as we miss the person gone, just as we will be missed also one day. My deepest condolences to his family and friends. I personally prefer to feel blessed for the time I was able to share with a person, rather than to mourn the loss, as we will all be reunited one day again.

TO ADAM 1975 - 1999

YEAR AFTER YEAR, AS THAT DREADED DAY NEARS,
I STOP AND REMEMBER, THAT HORRIBLE YEAR,
WHEN I PICKED UP THE PHONE TO FIND YOU HAD DIED.
THEN I SIT DOWN AND CRY. I THEN ASK GOD, WHY?
NO TIME WAS LEFT. NO TIME FOR A GOODBYE.
ONE SECOND YOU WERE HERE, BUT IN THE BLINK OF AN EYE,
YOU FELL FROM A TOWER, UNABLE TO FLY.
WHEN THE DOCTORS ARRIVED, THEY TOLD US YOU TRIED.
YET I CAN'T UNDERSTAND WHY YOU HAD TO DIE.
BLINDED BY TEARS, THE MEMORY STILL FRESH.
I STOPPED TO LOOK UPWARDS, AND WHAT DID I SEE?
BUT AN ANGEL FLYING OVER, LOOKING DOWN UPON ME.
I SMILED AS A TEAR FELL DOWN ON MY CHEEK.
THEN THE ANGEL CAME CLOSER, AND HE STARTED TO SPEAK.
"PLEASE, DON'T CRY. I AM FINE WHERE I'M AT."
I THEN TURNED AND ASKED HIM, "BUT, JUST WHERE IS THAT?"
"A PLACE THEY CALL HEAVEN; SOMEDAY YOU'LL SEE.
"IT'S A PLACE THAT WE ALL, SOMEDAY, WILL BE.
"SO PLEASE DON'T BE SAD. I'M HERE AND CLOSE-BY.
"WATCHING AND WAITING TO TEACH YOU HOW TO FLY."

I am so upset and saddened by the news. Corey, may God bless you and your family.

I first got to know about Corey through T. Harv Ecker's Wealth and Wisdom seminar. Since then, I have enrolled in Corey's courses and have helped celebrate his wedding in Los Angelos last year. He had inspired me to enter and to succeed with my internet business. Like many, I owe him very much.

Thank you, Corey, you will be missed. Your teaching and inspiration will live on through many of us who were fortunate enough to have learned so much from you. Thank You for sharing yourself and your immense knowledge with us.

God Bless,

At a time of such loss we must focus on the fact that Cory Rudi achieved more than most do in a life-time at the young age of 34. Cory leaves behind a legacy of value by the wonderful products he produced and the motivation he provided to so many people. My blessings to the entire family for such a loss. May you be comforted that the man reached millions and gave them hope and changed their lives. My only comfort at such a time is for you to know that Cory helped so many people. I met Corey and Tracy a few years ago at a party - right when his new house in La Jolla was being built, and before he and Tracy got married.

He was such a down to earth person and full of energy and life. I was very shocked and saddened to hear of his early passing. It's a reminder to me and to us all to live each day as it happens and make the most of each day as it's happening.

May God send white light to Tracy, his employees and family as they go through this time of sadness.

Live your vision!

Cory’s style of marketing has given us all a glimpse into his life and how great a positive and highly motivational person Cory was.

I have been a fan of Cory's marketing strategies for years and own several of his products.

Cory helped me to be a better person, not just in marketing, but as a motivational and inspirational speaker with a “can do” attitude.

I challenge us all to continue Cory's teachings with a renewed enthusiasm, let him live on in us!

My sympathies to Cory's family and close friends.

I am impressed and encouraged that this outstanding young man had such an impact on so many lives. Truly, life is uncertain and death is appointed to all men (Heb. 9:27). May Cory influence as many at his death as in his life to be at peace and ready to meet their Maker. Romans 10:9-13 says it all. May the comfort, grace and peace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with you all.

I only met Corey once and was impressed by his genuine concern for people and his devotion to helping people reach their full potential. I know that he helped to educate many people about marketing and how they could achieve new goals with his insight and educational tools and services.

My heartfelt thoughts and prayers go out to his lovely wife, friends and family. He lived a very rich and full life while he was on this planet. May god help his family through this difficult time.

What can you say that has not already been said, what a sad sad loss of talent, so young. He was the same age as me, I believe that he had only just got started and he would have been an awesome force on the internet, but I also believe that the people at IMC can carry on and make Corey proud, by using all his words of wisdom he taught them to help so many people.

I did not have the opportunity of meeting Corey but I was planning to. I have most of his products and was only just watching his DVD set while on holiday in Greece, My daughter who has just turned 1 year’s old was even hooked to what Corey had to say on my laptop.

I also work at a race track, with a company that gives rides in supercars and Formula 1 cars. Until my internet business takes over, with the Guidance of Corey’s Teachings. Its just a shame it was road car on a circuit that’s used for Nascar by the looks of it and those cars are fitted with big rollbar cages, its just a shame it wasn’t a Hummer H2 he was having a ride in, it would of just scratched the bumper.

"Successful is the person who has lived well, laughed often and loved much, who has gained the respect of others, who leaves the world better than they found it, who has never lacked appreciation for the earth's beauty, who never fails to look for the best in others or give the best of themselves."

I will always be truly grateful to you Corey, I will never forget how you have changed the rest of my life and the future of my daughter and family. I pray to God that as a farther I will not out live my daughter.

My prayers go out to his wife Tracey, his parents, John and Pat, his sister Hope, and niece Taya and to anyone else who was a friend or a student of Corey.

God Bless You Corey
I will not forget you.
