XEAL USER AGREEMENT & TERMS OF SERVICE

We appreciate Your order and will make every effort available to make Your campaign successful. If You feel at any time that our services do not meet up to Your expectations, please give us a call at 918-491-4731 and we will work to find a solution that is acceptable to You. Due to the expense of offering our services we are required to have a no refund policy. Once we do the work for the services You have requested we then submit the work to the search engines, networks, websites or facilities as reasonably required and expected, however Xeal can not control outside entities. As such, the performance of your account may vary depending on a wide variety of outside influences beyond our control. Testimonials are unique and may be atypical as results may vary.

In the event that You find a service to be unacceptable, You agree to contact us, as we may be able to move any credit in Your account to another service that we offer. You are agreeing to and are responsible for this transaction. Any reports of unauthorized or unusual credit card use including notices made by You to Your credit card company or bank that a transaction was unauthorized or Your account compromised, may subject You to additional expense to cover chargeback fees, return check fees, research fees, and reasonable attorneys fees, collection fees, credit report filing fees, and litigation. Once again, it is not our policy to provide refunds however for your protection we will work to provide You with our utmost effort, the best quality service we are able to offer and work with You to resolve any differences.  There are NO WARRANTIES and NO GUARANTEES offered by Xeal Inc.  All transactions are non-refundable.  You are responsible for the content and accuracy of all copy, keywords, and information submitted to Xeal Inc.

You represent and warrant to Xeal Inc. that (i) You have the right to deliver to Xeal Inc. all copy and information You submit, (ii) You comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations; and (iii) no copy or information submitted will contain any content that is obscene, libelous, slanderous or otherwise defamatory, false or misleading or which violates any copyright, right of privacy or publicity or other right of any person. You shall indemnify and hold harmless Xeal Inc, its affiliated companies, third party vendors, including distributors, from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys fees) arising out of or relating to any breach by You of the foregoing representations and warranties or otherwise arising out of or relating to the contents or nature of the information and/or copy provided by You. Xeal Inc. makes no warranties, expressed or implied, as to the services, including but not limited to any warranties or merchantability or suitability for print or broadcast. In no event will Xeal Inc. or its affiliates be liable to You, including for any indirect, consequential, special, exemplary or incidental damages. By Your submission of copy, funds and/or other information to Xeal Inc., You agree to be bound by the foregoing User Agreement.
